Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a return or exchange within 1 day from the date of purchase.

If more than 1 day has passed since your purchase, we regret that we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only items that are found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 day of purchase and before the product has been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
